Vinyasa Flow – Angela Macias
A style of yoga based on fluid movement between diverse Asanas (poses), connecting them through the rhythm of breathing. Each class varies from the one before, each one unique, A different number and order of asanas, keeping you on your toes, improving your centre of balance, core strength and posture. It is a 1.5 hour full intensive workout for the intermediate to advanced level student.
Power Yoga – Martin
A strengthening yoga class with a focus on breathing, smiling and connection with your body. Though mainly based on Ashtanga Yoga, Martin uses different yoga disciplines to create an powering yoga class. Depending on the energy and the needs the students bring to the class, every class will be different. Open to beginners, more advanced yogis and people with minor injuries as Martin will differentiate the poses to the need of the students. Español / English spoken
Meditation – Martin
Meditation helps to reduce stress, to listen better to oneself and to live more in the present moment (mindfulness). Meditation is formed by the last four of the eight-folded yoga-path, the “asht-anga” yoga. To reverse our senses to the inside instead of the outside, the focusing of our attention, keeping the focus and completely merge into the object of your attention are the four stadia of meditation. Breathing is both a source of energy for our body and a way to release waste from the body. The yoga tradition pays a lot of attention to techniques of breathing to purify, feed and train the body.
